Can you design and build my website too? +

Yes! We can take your brand through into your website, creating a digital presence that feels completely connected to your new identity. We’ll handle both the design and build, so everything feels considered from the first click.

Do I need to have my branding done by Quints first? +

We typically design websites for brands we’ve already created, ensuring every website is built on a strong strategic foundation. That said, every so often we can make an exception, so if you’ve already got one you’re proud of and are looking for a new website, we’re happy to have a chat about how we can help.

Do I need to have my branding finished before starting my website? +

Not necessarily! In fact, we often recommend doing your branding and website together. This means we can make sure your visual identity works beautifully across digital and that the website is designed around your overall brand strategy from the start.

Can you help with content for my website? +

Yes! We know pulling content together can feel like the hardest part, so we’ll provide you with a content guide outlining what we think should feature on each page and the type of content that works best. Basic SEO is also included as standard as part of our packages. We can also support you with arranging branded photoshoots to support your branding and website design.

What does the process look like? +

Once we’ve designed the first draft of your website, we’ll send it over for you to review in PDF format before we start building. This is the stage where you’ll have one round of amends included, so we can refine things together before development begins.

What platforms do you build websites on? +

We primarily work with WordPress, creating websites that are beautiful but also practical for you to manage once they’re live.

Do you offer e-commerce or other advanced features? +

We do! Alongside our standard packages, we can also add things like additional pages, advanced SEO, online shops, custom animations, payment gateways and enquiry forms, depending on what your business needs. We can discuss this further in our Discovery call.

What about domains and hosting? +

We can purchase your domain on your behalf if you don’t already have one, or if you already own it, this can simply be pointed to us. Your website will be hosted by us moving forward, with hosting renewing yearly and invoiced accordingly.

Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance? +

Yes! We’re available for ongoing support and maintenance as and when you need it, once your website has been built and launched.

Will I be able to update my website myself? +

Yes! We can add training to any website package to show you the basics, so you’re able to make simple updates yourself once your site is live. If any errors are accidentally caused along the way, we’re always on hand to help put things right, though this would be charged for any time needed to fix it.

How long does it take to build a website? +

As every project is different, timelines can vary depending on scope and content readiness. We’ll always be upfront about timings and lay out a clear plan together before we begin.

How much does it cost? +

It depends on what you’re looking for! If you’re building your brand and website together, this is typically included within the packages above. If you’re after a website only, just get in touch and we can confirm costs, as every project is different and we’ll always put together a quote based on exactly what you need.

Do you offer payment plans? +

Yes! We know that starting a business or taking an existing one to the next level can be a big investment. We offer payment plans split across 3 – 4 months, depending on the scope of your project, to make things feel a little more manageable. First payment is required to secure/start your project.
