Dawn, the Founder of The Massage Agency has over 20 years of experience in the Spa industry which has to lead her to develop The Massage Agency offering a guaranteed great massage delivered to your home or workplace, 7 days a week from 8am – 10pm.
The main objectives were to create a luxury gender-neutral brand that exudes trust and provides people with the opportunity to have a guaranteed great massage at their fingertips. As well as designing the branding and website, a big part of the project was to ensure bookings were streamlined and efficient for both the client and therapists, which is one of the most important parts of the business model.
