100%. It’s your business and nobody knows it quite like you do. We bring the strategy, ideas and creative expertise, but we build your brand with you. You’ll be involved throughout, with plenty of opportunities to chat, share your thoughts and give feedback.
We really prioritise getting to know you and your business before we even start designing. Design is actually the last piece of the puzzle! We’ll work through your strategy first, before presenting two different creative routes for you to explore. And if it’s still not quite there? You’ll always have a round of amends included after we deliver your branding presentation, so we can refine it together until it feels right.
It works both ways! We’ll always take the time to get to know you and your business before saying yes to a project. Sometimes we might not be the right fit for each other, and we’ll always be open about that from the start. It’s important to us that we’re both excited about working together and feel confident that we can create something brilliant together.
As a guide, a branding project typically takes around 6 – 8 weeks from onboarding to final sign-off. If we’re creating your website too, we’ll then allow an additional 4 – 6 weeks for the design and build. Every project is a little different, so before we get started, we’ll create a clear timeline around your project and any important launch dates, so you’ll know exactly what’s happening and when.
We will ensure we get you booked in for a discovery call within 1 – 2 weeks, however we recommend getting in touch around 3 – 4 months ahead of your project launch date.
We only work with a small number of projects at any one time, so every client gets the time, care and creative attention their project deserves. We’ll never squeeze in an extra project if it means compromising the quality of our work. Your project is important to us, and when it’s your turn, we want to give it 100% of our attention.
We’ll chat through timings on your Discovery Call and make sure they work for everyone. Left it a little late? Still get in touch and we’ll see what we can do, but we’ll never rush a project if it means compromising on quality.
Not at all! We’re proudly based in Jersey, Channel Islands, but we work with businesses much further afield too. We love working with both local and international clients! Our whole process can work remotely, so whether you’re around the corner or a flight away, distance won’t stop us working together.
It really depends on what we’re creating together. We’ve worked on projects ranging from £3k – £20k, from refreshing an existing brand to launching an entirely new business from the ground up. As a guide, our Core Branding Package starts from £3,995, and we’ll always recommend what we think you actually need rather than adding things in for the sake of it.
Yes! We know that starting a business or taking an existing one to the next level can be a big investment. We offer payment plans split across 3 – 4 months, depending on the scope of your project, to make things feel a little more manageable. First payment is required to secure/start your project.
